Learn how to increase effectiveness through improved interpersonal relationships. This course includes the study of work personality styles, self-analysis, assertiveness, establishing credibility and coping with anger.

Our ability to remember salient information from the vast amounts of data we receive each day directly impacts our job effectiveness.  The importance of remembering certain names, dates, times, and facts cannot be overemphasized.  At this seminar, you will learn how to apply techniques for improving memory and concentration.  The course covers concentration techeniques, effective study methods, proper listening habits, and abstract idea interpretation.
